Bind the BertMini e2e workload (prajjwal1/bert-mini) to the toy single-core chip. MODEL_LAYOUT single source lives in 01_build_event.step.py (PR DangoSys#16 single-sourcing); MODEL_CMAKE is gone, no other registration point.

父仓 main 的 bbdev pin 此前指向 side-branch 提交 39a2fe5(bind/toy-bertmini), 其 bertmini->BertMini 键从未合入 bbdev main。bbdev 侧已通过 mctang985211-coder/bbdev#3 收编该键(main @ b0bf2b0f,15 keys, MODEL_CMAKE 仍零存在),gitlink 随之对齐,保住 PR #19 的 BertMini 绑定。

父仓 buckyball main 的 bbdev gitlink 一直指向
39a2fe5(bind/toy-bertmini 分支头，基 add3f98)，而 bbdev main 从未合入该提交 —— PR #2 的上游同步若以 main 为准会静默丢失 BertMini 绑定（build.py_MODELS有 bertmini 而 MODEL_LAYOUT 没有，绑定三源不一致）。内容
合入
39a2fe5唯一提交：MODEL_LAYOUT增bertmini -> BertMini（单源文件api/steps/workload/01_build_event.step.py)。验证
import 冒烟（部署形态 sandbox + motia stub):15 keys,distilbert/berttiny/bertmini 均可查，MODEL_CMAKE 零存在，PASS。
